Tasting Notes

This is an aromatic fruit forward Grenache Rosé filled with Rose Petals, Watermelon, Strawberries, Raspberries, and White Flowers. The wine is a spectacular shade of light pink. It’s crisp and fruity but not sweet. This refreshing wine can be enjoyed all on its own, or pair it with anything you’ve got on the grill! It has all the makings for a fantastic summer night!
Winemaking
The secret to making great rosé is coolness. Harvested in the cool wee hours of the early morning, we stomped on the grapes and let them chill out on their skins for 24 hours. And what do we get? An elegant, pale pink rosé with fruit forward flavors of Strawberry, Raspberry and Watermelon.
