Thanks to the Arizona Daily Sun for the fantastic review. Also, be sure to check out their entire article about the complexity of wine and how a wine drinker can develop their palate.
Uproot 2011 Cabernet "Napa Valley" ($78):
One of my favorite Cabs I tasted in 2014, I loved its fruit, balance and most of all its complexity on the nose and palate that leads to a powerful, complex finish. Moderate tannins call for beef, and it's wonderful with milk chocolate. Available HERE.
